Lake One is excited to announce the addition of Joe Paschka as an Operations Manager. 

As our Operations Manager, Joe Paschka joined the Lake One team in February 2023. Before Lake One, Joe worked in Operations at the University of Minnesota Physicians, managing to schedule for primary care and adult specialty clinics and working at Icario Health, owning contact center reporting, Forecasting processes, and their IVR product. These experiences stoked the passion for process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and helping others operate at the top of their scope that he brings to Lake One.

What keeps you going each day?

Professionally: I enjoy learning and am very process-oriented, so finding ways to do things more efficiently is rewarding.

Personally: Leaving the world a better, brighter place.

What’s the best piece of advice you have ever been given?

“When we are no longer able to change a situation . . . we are challenged to change ourselves” and “can you see the next step? (then) just take that.”

What hobbies or interests do you have outside of work?

I love sports, cooking, reading and making/trying craft cocktails. And anything with my 2 dogs.

What’s your favorite time of the day and why?

Early mornings. Most people are still asleep, it’s quiet and the day’s full of possibilities…

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?

Either St. Kitts or a small town in Europe
