A guide who equips your organization with digital solutions to tackle today’s challenges and seize tomorrow’s possibilities.
We are a remote team, founded in Minnesota, that runs HubSpot for purpose-driven organizations. Outfitters, not consultants: we hand you the gear, walk the portage with you, and make sure you can run it yourselves when we step back.
They were more of a guide than a vendor.
Meryl Steinhauser Product Manager PolywaterWhile we are a remote team, we were founded in Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes. Technically 11,842, but we love getting the details right.
Our name comes from an actual lake near Ely, Minnesota. Lake One is a gateway into the Boundary Waters, and for us it represents the start of something bigger.
A journey. One that can be challenging, but always worth it. That spirit guides how we work with clients navigating transformation.
Around here, arrowheads are not just artifacts. They are symbols. We found them as kids, scattered in the woods and fields of northern Minnesota.
The arrowhead was the part that made the arrow effective, the part that created impact. We carry that meaning forward in our work.
We also recognize that this land we call home has a deeper history. Minnesota is the traditional and current territory of the Dakota and Ojibwe peoples, nations who have lived here for generations and who continue to care for it today. Treaties made with Indigenous nations shaped the state, though many were never fully honored. We benefit from that history, and we do not take that lightly.
