If you’re just getting started with HubSpot, or even if you’ve been around the block, you probably already know that integrations are where the real magic happens. When the right tools work together, things just flow better. Less clicking around. More results.

So we put together a list of some of our favorite HubSpot integrations to help you make the most of its capabilities. Whether you're cleaning up data, boosting marketing automation, or syncing sales docs, these tools are here to make it easier.

We’ll keep updating it as new integrations catch our eye.

CRM & Data Management

  • Insycle: Keeping your CRM clean matters. Insycle makes it easy to merge duplicates, fix naming inconsistencies, and bulk-edit records—without needing to export anything to Excel. It’s a big time-saver for ops and anyone tired of messy data. It's a great alternative to Ops Hub if you're just looking for data cleanup without the extra bells and whistles.
  • Google Sheets: Sometimes you just need your data in a spreadsheet. This integration lets you sync HubSpot data to Sheets (or vice versa) for internal tracking, client reporting, or workflows you’ve built outside of HubSpot.
  • Quickbooks: Sync customer and invoice data so you can see payment history and deal info all in one place. This is super helpful for tying sales activity to actual revenue.
  • Fathom AI Notetaker: Automatically transcribes and summarizes meetings, then logs notes to the right contact or deal in HubSpot, helping your team stay on top of follow-ups without manual entry.

Marketing & Automation

  • Zapier: The go-to when you want HubSpot to talk to tools that don’t natively connect. Need to send a lead to Slack? Add them to a Google Sheet? Trigger something in another platform? Zapier makes those automations simple to set up.
  • Make (formerly Integromat): Like Zapier but a bit more powerful for multi-step workflows. If you need a lead to move through a few tools in a specific order, Make gives you a visual builder to map that all out without code.
  • Mailchimp: If you’re still using Mailchimp for emails or newsletters, this integration keeps your HubSpot contact lists synced. It’s helpful when HubSpot is your CRM, but Mailchimp is your sending tool.
  • Canva: Easily bring your Canva designs, like social posts, emails, or ads, into HubSpot. Speeds up content creation when you’re building campaigns.
  • HubSpot for WordPress: Adds HubSpot’s tools—forms, pop-ups, live chat, and tracking—directly to your WordPress site without any coding. You can start capturing leads, chatting with visitors, and tracking site activity in your CRM right away. It also syncs contacts automatically, so there’s no manual exporting or copy/pasting between platforms. It’s one of the fastest ways to start turning site traffic into actual leads.

Sales Enablement

  • PandaDoc: PandaDoc lets you create, send, and track proposals and contracts from right inside HubSpot. It cuts down on back-and-forth and helps sales reps know when someone’s viewed or signed a doc.
  • Apollo: A prospecting tool that lets you find contacts and companies, and syncs them directly into HubSpot. This is perfect for outbound teams building lead lists.
  • ZoomInfo: Similar to Apollo, ZoomInfo adds rich company and contact info to your HubSpot records, which is useful for filling gaps and making sure your sales team has the context they need.
  • Surfe: Surfe lets you create and update contact records directly from LinkedIn profiles. It’s a smooth way to sync prospecting activity without bouncing between tools—ideal for sales teams doing LinkedIn outreach.

Customer Support & Service

  • Gravity Forms: If you’re using WordPress, this is a must. It connects your site forms to HubSpot, so submissions turn into contacts, tickets, or whatever workflow you need, automatically.
  • SurveyMonkey: Brings survey responses into HubSpot and ties them to contact records. You can use this to track NPS, gather product feedback, or just get more insight on your audience.
  • Help Scout: A help desk and shared inbox platform, Help Scout syncs support conversations back to HubSpot. Everyone gets the full customer context without digging through emails or switching tools.
  • Jira: When support or success teams need to loop in product, this integration makes it seamless. Create and link Jira issues directly from HubSpot, so bugs and feature requests get logged without switching tools.

E-Commerce & Payment

  • Stripe: Connects payment and subscription data to HubSpot contacts. This is helpful for creating workflows based on purchases, sending reminders, or reporting on revenue.
  • Shopify: All your customer and order details from Shopify show up in HubSpot without any manual work. That means abandoned cart emails, post-purchase flows, and reporting are all way more dialed in.
  • WooCommerce: WooCommerce is the WordPress-friendly version of Shopify, bringing e-commerce data into HubSpot so you can market more effectively to your store customers.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Databox: Need to see how things are performing without digging through reports? Databox pulls your HubSpot data (and other tools too) into real-time dashboards that are easy to share—whether it’s for your team or for clients.
  • Hotjar: Watching how people actually use your site—where they click, scroll, or drop off—can tell you a lot. With this integration, you can use those insights inside HubSpot to score leads, tweak follow-ups, or build better journeys.
  • Tableau: Already using Tableau to track performance? This pulls your HubSpot data in so you can combine it with other sources and build dashboards that reflect the full picture.

Tools for Your Team

  • Slack: Send HubSpot updates, like new leads or support tickets, into Slack so your team sees what’s happening in real time. No need to constantly check the CRM.
  • Asana: Turn HubSpot actions into tasks in Asana. Perfect for managing handoffs, follow-ups, or keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
