Lake one will honor a 100% Refund for training purchases that are canceled up to 2 weeks before the training date and a 50% Refund for training purchases that are canceled up to 5 days before the training date. 

To cancel your training and request a refund email team@lakeone.co with “Training Cancellation” in the subject line. Please provide the training program, date, your name, and cancellation reason in your email. 

We are not able to provide refunds for training within 5 days of the event, once training has begun or been completed.
